When I first meet a new client who is interested in selling I present them with a Customized Detailed Marketing Report detailing my marketing techniques and explaining what my clients can expect from me and my team so we can work as together selling their property quickly and for top dollar. Before listing a property I prepare it for sale, including staging consultation and a personalized marketing report and manage and oversee all the steps resulting in a successful sale or purchase.

My buyers can expect the same level of respect, confidentiality and service. I present them with a buyer packet during our first meeting to determine wants and needs to establish a search criteria.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® and the South County REALTORS® Alliance.

I am passionate about selling real estate in San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy, including the gated golf course community of Eagle Ridge.
